About EcoGravity

Redefining Heavy Metal Recovery

Contaminated industrial sites are both an environmental burden and a hidden economic opportunity. Existing remediation methods are extremely costly, while most recovery technologies depend on chemical processes that fail to meet environmental standards.

EcoGravity changes the paradigm with certified gravity-based technology. Our mobile systems clean contaminated soil and recover valuable metals in a single process — without chemicals — turning waste into value while meeting modern environmental requirements.

THE VALUE OF OUR APPROACH

Advanced Soil Remediation & Metal Recovery Technology

Our patented gravity-based system removes contamination while recovering valuable metals — without chemicals. Designed for mobility and efficiency, EcoGravity delivers real-world results for both environmental cleanup and resource generation.

The Problem

Millions of tons of contaminated soil and industrial waste lie across Europe, harm ecosystems, and create long-term liabilities. Traditional remediation methods are either too expensive or rely on inefficient processes that fail to recover value.

Our Solution

EcoGravity introduces a patented gravity-based technology that removes heavy metals from contaminated soil without chemicals. The system is mobile, energy-efficient, and designed for real-world scalability — transforming waste into clean, reusable material.

The Opportunity

We go beyond remediation. EcoGravity recovers valuable metals such as gold, silver, and copper, turning environmental problems into profitable resources. This creates a sustainable model where cleanup generates revenue, not just costs.

Combining gravity with engineered mechanical systems, we deliver reliable and efficient material separation across all conditions, maximizing recovery potential while reducing losses and adapting to a wide range of material inputs.

TEHNOLOGY

Gravity-Driven, Mechanically Engineered

Combining gravity with engineered mechanical systems, we deliver reliable and efficient material separation across all conditions, maximizing recovery potential while reducing losses and adapting to a wide range of material inputs.

Density-based sorting removes heavy metals without chemicals — pure physics at work.

System parameters can be precisely adjusted for each material type, ensuring optimal performance and efficiency.

Our processing unit is fully mobile, deployable directly to contaminated sites anywhere.

Closed-loop water system minimizes consumption and eliminates wastewater discharge.

Process

How It Works

A streamlined five-step process from contaminated input to clean, reusable output.

01

Material Input

Contaminated soil or industrial waste is fed into the processing system.

02

Separation

Density-based gravity separation isolates heavy metals from clean material.

03

Metal Recovery

Valuable metals (Au, Ag, Cu, etc.) are concentrated into a polymetallic product ready for direct sale.

04

Construction Aggregates

The remaining material is transformed into classified mineral fractions, suitable for direct use as construction aggregates.

05

Water Reuse

Process water is filtered and recirculated in a closed-loop system.

Our story

Resulting Fractions & Material Recovery

EcoGravity performs the recovery, separation, and decontamination of materials through a gravity-based mechanical process, using water recirculation in a closed-loop system and integrated material washing.

Following processing, the resulting fractions are:

Beyond separation, the process enables the direct reuse of resulting materials.

The 2–15 mm fraction and 15–60 mm fraction consist of granular materials suitable for use as construction aggregates (ballast, concrete preparation, and structural applications).

The 0–2 mm inert soil fraction represents fine material which, following separation and laboratory validation, can be considered non-contaminating and suitable for reintegration or reuse.

The 0–2 mm polymetallic fraction contains concentrated heavy metals (Au, Ag, Zn, Cu, Pb) and is collected separately for analysis and further valorization.
