Quarry environments represent one of the most complex and underutilized sources of recoverable value. Large volumes of extracted material often contain residual heavy metals and dense mineral fractions that remain unprocessed due to limitations in traditional separation methods.

EcoGravity introduces a fully mechanical, gravity-based separation approach designed to operate directly within quarry environments. By leveraging differences in material density, the system efficiently isolates heavy fractions such as metallic particles and high-density minerals without the use of chemicals or energy-intensive processes.

The modular and mobile design allows seamless integration into existing quarry workflows, enabling operators to process material either during extraction or from accumulated stockpiles. This transforms quarries from purely extraction sites into active recovery and value-generation systems.

Scope of Application

The EcoGravity system is engineered to handle heterogeneous quarry materials, where particle size variation and mixed composition present significant challenges for conventional processing technologies.
